Just saw my first brand new 389 with a Detroit 60 series in it!... When did peterbilt start that ???

 

Gliders from fitzgeralds. They also now do all the kenworth bodies as well.

 

They had Detroit in them in the 90s and early 2000s I believe before egr. The 389 you saw was most likely a glider kit with a 12.7 Detroit.

 

I may look into that in the near future.
Didn't know they gave you such a vast choice of engines.
