Well I just fueled TA in Baltimore ...2.99 pg , the other end of the state 1.99 ....One word explains that Maryland .
Enough said. And you are right been home too long. Now I wait without a BH until Tues it seems. But I'm not gonna bark to loud at them , they have their moments but not near as much as what I grew used to before hauling Polymers ...

Well my January summary ended at a little over 12,900 miles. That's from Jan 5th to the 31st. I took 2 resets and 1 day I only drove 30 miles to the truck stop waiting on a backhaul. Last 4 weeks turned in was 3000, 4200, 3100, 3859.
My busiest month probably ever lol. On my way to west Palm, costco. Then to the house till next Wednesday .

Anyone ever run this load? Any overnight parking? I'm most likely running the turnpike to fort pierce. I know fort pierce has parking but I'll be running at night. Would like to get closer.

No parking there but if you are running nights they may let you check in after midnight if you have early appt, could call and check.
I usually stay at the rest area on 95 around mm100 just past the weigh station it's 30 miles or so from there.

My Jan ended with 10527. Not too bad considering I did a 5 drop and a 4 drop. I came back the 5th after being home for xmas and new years

I usually ran the back roads and would stay at the pilot in haines city. Still a good chunk of early morning driving left with that stop but still allows you enough time to make it pretty far back up north after your delivery.

Didn't they use to have parking, but like so many Walmart stores trashy drivers ruined it for the rest of us.

Do you guys feel Poly is a good gig despite the issues talked about in the forum? After all, most driving jobs are going to have its problems?

Its simply a job , nothing special beyond the
non forced dispatch and generous home time.
Like most , Im here because i need the job, no other reasons.
I knew nothing about the home time or non forced dsp before i hired on.
So that turned out to be a kind of bonus i suppose

I will put it this way. Working there is like Russian Roulette, only instead of aiming at your head, you aim at your wallet... If you are lucky and get a decent piece of equipment like Maninthemoon, it isn't a bad place to work. However, if you get equipment like I had, or worse, like loanerdude has had in the past, it's a freeking nightmare. Money is good if you can get a set of wheels that isn't plagued with cronic problems

I told you I'd PM ya , and I did . You never got back to me. There's things I'm willing to tell ya in a PM msg , I'm not putting on the forum. Look at the top right corner of the page , you should have a few alerts. One should be from me ...
Or you can just assume there's no way it can be good because others say it can't.
