    63 x 11 = 693 miles, that's my max on paper logs.

Lease trucks are governed at 68 ... mine will do 69 ... I also know that sometimes trucks will slip through that are not governed.

With this weight and the hills and wind, I can not even maintain 65mph. I could barely maintain 60 from the J in Jerome to the Nevada line

    Doesn't help that it's uphill.

I was answering Jen ... but the same thing has happened to me. Tooling along at 62/63 and a company truck will blow past me every now and then ... That's been happening to me since I got here.

A faster company truck could be a mentor or team.

I'm at a Love's in WI about 180 miles from a 1000 live unload near St. Paul, MN tomorrow.
Then it is to the terminal to drop my mt and home time.
It's been nearly 2.5 months since my last home time, and over 4 months since I've actually been home. It will be nice.
Except that I have a forced doctor visit to renew my blood pressure meds because the doc wants some blood first. And I have to get my DOT physical in the next week as well.

The only thing I'm concerned about is not being let out of the terminal with my truck.
I might be on safety hold by tomorrow, even though my card is good until the 10th. I got a message from my DM today telling me that I had 7 days to get the physical, when it is actually 9 days until it expires.
And I need the truck to get me around during home time for all that stuff.

Some of the new Cascadias have "smart pass" on them. The truck is governed at 62, but you get 30 minutes a day where that can be overridden up to 67. It is meant to avoid the elephant races.
