Nope. Too much of a gamble also he won't be your good buddy anymore after working together 24/7 for a week or so. I wouldn't put personal assets into anyone unless I was willing to loose ten times that amount because that is what it will equate to when you start taking loads then failing to meet your agreements. He'll fail you sooner or later and screw your whole plan up. Keep your friend for your home time and keep your business profitable for work time.

 

I don't know who your employer is, but if you brought that story to me as an employee, I would have serious doubts in your ability to handle your job safely and responsibly. There is not a single thought in that post that is a good idea on any level.

 

kinda hard not to lol at the fact that dirty green smokin' friend is fine with someone else paying to teach him a job. would hate for him to have something on the line. something to lose if he decides he'd rather go suck on a bong. it's good buddy that's out the money. sluuuuuuuuuuuuuurp.........
