Sirloin is crap, regardless of where you get it.
It is a trash cut of beef.
Sirloin is good if it's ground up and seasoned and put in between hamburger buns.
If you want a steak, then get a New York strip, a Ribeye or a ... Ummmmmmm, uggghhhh,....yeah!!!! A Filet Mignon.
Sirloin is for fools.
Plus don't eat at the Iton Skillet, Plan and Walk to a good place

What came to mind was Eeeewwww.
I got rib eyes and sirloin in my fridge. And if u want a good tasting steak get grass feed beef. I keep some in the fridge and freezer all the time. And my sirloin taste real good. Depends on the meat and how you cook it.
But a truck stop steak I would not do.
Find a Texas road house.

I really, I mean REALLY have to laugh at all who say sirloin is crappy. Maybe you need to find a better butcher or meat market.
Sure you find it on sale at your local supermarket, and you are getting just what you pay for. Dog meat.
