Did I put you on the Beta Version?

If not, waiting on RM QA to approve the version.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I dont have any street examples it just kind of happens alot. For example I could go 2-3 miles out of the way making 3 left turns and a right turn - perfectly legal obviously, instead it just says make a u-turn. There is always an alternative to making a potentially career ending, illegal u-turn. I just dont feel these devices should be telling people to break the law.

No sir, not on the beta version. But the lagging stopped after the update via the RM Dock early this week.

The 80 is 8 inches 70 is 7. The 70 was the original with built in dash cam. The few differences I noticed reading the 80 has it built in to hook up rear cameras. "GPS boost" whatever that is and the magnetic base. Without rebates for the 70 (at loves anyway) it is $100 difference. I noticed it came out right about the same time garmin put out their fancy new one with built in dash cam as well. Has a slicker look to it.

That's why I want to get rid of my cobra. I thought it looked a bit fishy to give you an option in a truck gps to switch it to car (unless that is common) but it will incessantly tell me to make u-turns if I miss my turn. And don't get me started on using a U.S. route that is approved. It goes completely crazy. Good example is 287 from the Falls to fort worth

It is not necessarily against the law to make a u-turn. The school I used to teach at even taught how to do a proper u-turn.

The RM GPS as well as all the other truck GPS's that I know of have the option to switch it to car mode.

    jimjam38 Thanks this.

I bought a TND 730 and the user on top says JSMITH. How do I change that.

Never mind. I figured it out.

Hey Mark can you get me in touch with warranty over the active slice dropping GPS and causing the tnd80 to recalculate from time to time. It does not do it when power is plugged directly to the tablet.
