I am looking for a well paying company for myself and nephew to team for. Appreciate any input from drivers in the know. Will be based out of Nashville TN if that helps.

    Peace and safety

Highly recommend Barr-Nunn. Your miles may not be 6,000 / week, but they are starting hazmat teams at .63 / mile for company teams. What you really (REALLY) need to understand before you go is they do not run the typical long haul cross country team freight. View their website. You are going to run the NorthEast primarily and you're "probably" going to average 500 mile runs. You're going to run hard and fast on those short runs, JIT. You WILL BE ON TIME. But, if you're a go=getter, you're going to make great money. Their equipment is meticulously maintained and you're usually pre-planned a couple of days ahead. You'll need that because you'll need to plan your shifts, etc. We had to leave for a family situation, but will be returning shortly. Bonuses are awesome. Tell them I sent you. (wink, wink) haha They are good people. Seriously though, if you don't want to work hard, do NOT go there. It can be stressful til you find your groove.

Pretty good loop you can run out of Nashville. 5300 miles a week at 63 cpm. Team trucks are in great shape. They are putting refrigerators in the new trucks for teams and all the team trucks should have inverters by now.
