Newbie here. I'm wondering if anyone here can tell me about the likelihood of not getting many miles with Maverick? I've seen this a few times in other forums. I know some haven't gotten nearly the miles they need to bring home enough money and so they left for another company. Does anyone know if this has anything to do with location? I'm in the midwest (Illinois) and wasn't sure if that would have any bearing on this? Thanks in advance!

Watch Dale Clay on youtube. Pretty sure he went through his first year earnings with Maverick in one of his videos and they didn't look bad to me considering he goes home nearly every weekend. He also lives in IL so should be indicative of what you could get.

Illinois is a prime spot for open deck freight, and getting home time. It will be more about time management, as far as the miles you'll get. Especially if you're home weekends.

Maverick is a flatbed outfit. Unlike reefer, flatbed gets slow in the winter time. But still should have enough to live.
Illinois is a great spot, I'm also in Illinois. There's a yard in madison, IL or in Gary, inJamie2007 Thanks this. -
