I've delivered to their Cambridge City, Indiana, Williamsport, Maryland, and Burley, Idaho facilities, and all of them have been a positive experience. The employees have all been pleasant and get you in and out relatively quickly. I'm currently at the Burley, ID location, pulled in at 1930 for a 0230 delivery, was given a door at 2000. All done at 2230. They even have overnight parking here (although I'm not sure about the other DCs). Thanks DOT foods, you guys rock!

I've delivered to their facility in Liverpool NY before as well as Burley. Bit more of a New York attitude at that location but still fairly quick unload (1.5-2 hours approx). Only problem there is I had to stand around in the warehouse for 30+ minutes trying to find my paperwork

    Dharok Thanks this.

Usually you don't associate a positive experience with DOT. ;)

Delivering to an actual trucking company tends to be a bit more pleasant than the average grocery warehouse. They tend to be a little more concientious of the driver's time.

That is except the home office location in Mount Sterling, IL. Delivered there once and they took forever to decide which building to unload me at. And they were in no hurry once they did make the decision.

    x1Heavy Thanks this.

Are there any current or past employees of Dot foods? If so and has already said so in the conversations I apologize, have not read throughout the conversations back and forth. I'm looking into starting truck in school in the next few weeks and I have a friend who works for this company, he said he cannot be happier with the company of just starting with freshly out of trucking school, he has been there now for 2 1/2 years and says he plans on staying there for many more years. Can anybody tell me if this company has quick pass in their trucks?

    Slick Tiff Thanks this.
