Knight regularly ticked off Bud Ft. Collins by not providing MT'S, which is the usual way they lose their customers!

The spelling and grammar, tipped me off. It also might have been that first post thing. Knight is just above bottom feeder status. Everyone here knows it.

It's more then that now, customers were leaving in droves! even when they were the lowest bidder they were having problem reacquiring accounts. Main complainant was late and no show on picking up loads followed by empty's. The smaller company's were also sick of getting the finger from Knight, the whole this customer is more important then this one policy has got to be the dumbest thing I have ever seen. The company I work for now has acquired alot of the accounts in the Idaho, WA and Org area that Knight has lost and it was not because we were the lowest bidder.

 

Do they still have the Conway account?

 

When I was there many years ago, Kevin Knight's parking space under a carport was across from the pumps. When the anger by many drivers was at a peak (now about 8 yrs ago), they were worried about his car being vandalized---might have happened and they hushed it (?).

Where abouts is the new Knight HQ in Phx?
