    According to ABC News McDonalds is testing new "Desert" fries in Tokyo... These are your standard potato French fries drizzled with white and dark chocolate...

    I hope these don't make it to the states... We already have enough obese truckers out here...

    Instead of adding some more healthy food besides salads , they adding more gross and havy absorbing food , SHAME ON YOU McDonald's!

    In China McDonald's was caught adding shredded cardboard to the ground beef to increase profits. Yep, China has a food safety division and they're trying their best and catching those companies mainly from offering rewards to whistleblowers.

    Why should any restaurant cater to the "healthy eating" crowd when the "healthy" menu options simply don't sell? They are in business to make money, and should offer foods their customers are willing to buy. Period. Having a product people want at a price people are willing to pay is the best way to grow your business. Providing products nobody will buy isn't very profitable for ANY business.

    Exactly. It's really not their fault! If people want to make those unhealthy choices, it should be on them (the people). But perhaps blaming the restaurant chain is the 'easy out'.
