Kind of rambling there dude, feel bad about your hospital stay. You may want to add more detail to your post as its severely lacking and serves as warning to drivers that don't want to work hard in that system and that end up in the hospital.

I contacted a guy that supposed to dispatch for them he lives in Arkansas I was considering leasing to them but your are the second person I came across that has had a nightmare with these people how many more people is there ? Well, after experience, he's really just mad and with the games and curves balls ML throws at the driver, how can he come out making sense? He is correct, this company is so bad, other carriers won't even let ML drivers take their loads...drivers at ML can't do much but starve. Right now their CSA is a 96, so I got refused to book many loads. And they have the nerve to lie and say they haul hazmat, their insurance won't even allow them to haul hazmat. I had to go back and cancel a couple loads with brokers because they said their insurance won't allow hazmat loads, I do have a cdl A with X, so I can haul hazmat. They also steal from the drivers by doubling or tripling Workers Comp insurance per week, it should be $50 a week, however, it's not uncommon for them to charge you 2 or 3 times in the same week, same for tags and plates charges. Go through your settlements with a fine-toothed comb and you'll see. Also, they double charge for tolls. Once for the toll advance and again when they get the toll receipt. I also have several erroneous charges like advances from the customer. ML policy doesn't even allow drivers to do this, but my 1st week, bam! a $405 charge for advances from customer came from nowhere. Also, they were charging me for tags, plates and insurance before I even got in a truck. I'm talking over $2400 in erroneous charges from charging for insurance twice in the same week to something call ML 1st guard....they even hold your loads you scan in for 2 or more weeks before paying although their policy is if you transflow or camscanner the loads before Monday at 1pm Meadow lark time, then you get paid the same week on Friday. It'll take Brutus16097 another couple months before he can think straight again after how ML bamboozled him...take care of that heart Brother, I'm sure ML has something to do with it.

 

Thinking about going to meadowlark please help?

How do they manage to even stay open? Sounds like they are on their last legs.

 

They promise me a lot was thinking hard about joining, was told I could get 75%. Any drivers that are there now?
