Anyone got suggestions on sleeper dome lights getting stuck on? This is the second time this week. The shop did a reset that knocked out my radio stations the first time. Now I'm at a truck stop without company support 50 feet away. Thanks!

These trucks are a nightmare once they start having electrical problems.
All of the new trucks.
Buttons aren't getting stuck are they?
What did they do at your shop? You try calling them? -
Hooked up a laptop. Knocked out my radio stations. Must have rebooted the computer or something.

I'd try the classic dumping 91% isopropolyn on the switches and fiddle with them, it's worked for me in the past.
-
Guess that rules out you doing it yourself.
Unless you have a Laptop with ECM Software (Cummins/Detroit whatever it is) and cable lol. -
Does shutting the battery cut-off off do any good ?
-
No switch for battery cutoff that I know of.

Assuming we're talking about the sleeper dome and not the main dome (that is on a 2-way switching system), I suspect the switch is bad and will require a visit to a dealer.

Hit it with your winch bar. It's surprising how many of life's problems can be solved with a good smack from a winch bar.

So no switch on the floor just left of the driver seat , I thought the battery cut-off switch was standard equipment
