Well I have been gone 2 years I was unaware they rescinded the liability limiter option.

By failure, you mean my unwillingness to bow down to the crushing anti-business partner culture at Swift? My failure to run my show like a good little company peon, doing what I'm told to do and when to do it regardless of the fact I owned my own rig? My failure to accept them screwing me around ever little chance they got? hahaha, I have to agree lol I failed as a Swift owner operator for 3 solid years lol. good one!

It was in Fort Wayne, he might have been backing into a dock behind him and took too far a pull up, if so, I'll cut him a break, but 2 tow trucks, ouch

 

Hopefully it's a company truck.....
