I just imagined all the fat, naked drivers fleeing the flames who were in the showers at the time!

 

That's a mental image that cannot be unseen.

 

Now that's a horrifying visual.

 

We'd have to risk death because our e-logs will give us a log violation if we drive away.

Safety would tell you need better trip planning.

 

Some years back I was sitting in the flynn's truck stop in shrewsbury mass waiting for dispatch, and heard a whole bunch of sirens and a fire truck rolling across the lot. Turns out one of flynn's own tanker yankers overcooked it a little coming into the lot and roll over right in the driveway. Anyone who was stuck there was going to be stuck for a while because of all the emergency crews blocking the entrances.

 

Just drove by to grab a sussage'n'pancake french toast, but I figure they 'been overcooked. (I'm fine - went to McD across the fence).
