Getting miles just seems to be unorganized, they get loads through brokers and instead of putting load info on qualcomm they send you a message with brokers number for you to get the details if any problems with shipper or cosignee driver calls broker about it not dispatcher they just push messages to driver, driver is more or less responsible to get the load info from broker which is weird

Used to getting all info through qualcomm and if problems arise calling dispatch, not the way they handle it

I feel your pain, dispatch is lacking in organizational skills for sure. I've been with them 6 months and it has gotten worse as far as being organized.

Close to buying a house in Villa Rica, GA. This is why Royal sparked my interest as it would be extremely convenient . if I have a Year of dry van experience how much training would I need to go flat bed? Or would it change if I went there as dry van and later changed to flat bed? I see you try and do the every other weekend which would be better than what I'm doing but I would also be running out of the villa Rica terminal which according to Google earth satellite picture is extremely small. I assume I could at least drop the trailer there and go home if not park my car there and swap out when I'm ready to go home. What do you think? Should I persue this company further?
