I know that I would not considering some of the places that I have been in a play drop and hook.
Here at the J in Edwardsville, IL. Woke up this morning and no pplan. Thank you DM for taking care of me. Did a mac 30 and all that showed up was P&G from here, pick up at 1900 and deliver for a drop at the Hy-Vee in Cherokee, IA on Monday. Took it since I was not going to wait around for the planners to find me something. So dropped my mt and bt back in the morning to get the loaded one. Not following Swifts route, almost 80 miles OOR. From here up 55 to 74 and then across 80. Direct, 70 to US61 and up to 380. Now Monday get to see what kind of fun get to have finding a load up there. Trying to finish this week with 2400 miles. Will have 1600 when mt on Monday and that 800 by Wednesday can be hard
Good Night From II

No pplan for me yet and it's Saturday afternoon.
Considering tomorrow is Easter I'll probably be sitting until Monday. -
Where are you stuck sitting, there must be something you could do or some place to go, even if it's a walmarts? They have redbox's , you might get lucky and can get a movie that's good for a change.
yeah, this is a time to be very proactive, that if your not pp'd before you del, you should be on the phone yourself to a plnr in the area your going to be in.
I had no idea it was Easter, thanks for the update, I don't keep up with holidays, LOLMoosetek13 Thanks this. -
I forgot too. One truck stop chick clerk asked me if I wanted some of her M&M's, no thank you I say. She says they look like Easter Eggs, are you sure? OK gimme some. Yum
Then I am at the J and this other chick is trying to sell me a bag of chips and candybar for $1 buck. i say that stuff is poison, this whole planet is poisoned we need to start looking for a new planet to live on. She says no other planets have water so we are stuck here. Then we got into a wrestling match over my receipt. -
Yes most are hustling candy bars for a buck, I always ask, "do I look like I need a candy bar?"
I agree with you and the poisoning of America. I try to avoid white flower, sugar, etc. If you really look around, the pastries, snacks, cinnabuns and almost every fast food item, just add's fat and empty calories to make us fatter, and thereby, better customers who spend more money on junk. Its a cycle, the fatter we get, the more we spend to eat more. -
The Man fattens us up so we have to buy his sleep studies and cpap machines then when we get older we have to buy his meds. We buy the Man's cars and trucks which could easily run hundreds of miles on a single gallon, but that runs contrary to profit. Better to burn up as much oil as we can sell as fast as we can sell it to make the max out profit today, nevermind we might not have a planet to enjoy and spend the profit on tomorrow or the population (which will die off from some disease {zika} we are only now discovering) to enjoy and share it with. -
I'm at Johnson's Corner in CO.
Not much around here, The nearest Walmart is several miles away.
But I knew it was a holiday weekend so I stocked up before I got here.
And I have plenty of movies and shows in my truck, as well as Netflix on the computer. -
Yes your right, Johnsons Corner is almost barren. The only good thing about it now is that Petro greatly improved its coffee from what it used to be.
Yes I try and get series, I got all 5 seasons of Columbo, it may be nutty, but its a good time waster when one is needed.
And from what has already been written, that Walmart in Ft. Collins, is now truck unfriendly, where the cops will chase you off, because truckers bring drugs and lot lizzards to that fine store and community. LOL -
I agree with everything you write.
In the movie, "Kingsman", they made a real real good point. When a virus hits a host, the host tries to kill it, other wise the virus kills the host. We are the virus (humans) and the earth is the host. We are killing it, if not already,, and in turn, it will also kill us.
What about Major Ed Dames? And his remote viewing predictions of a solar kill shot? Some radical stuff about new solar flares is already showing up on the web. He predicted that when the U.S. opens free trade with Cuba, that's a sign that's it very close.
Lots of great stuff, oh boy! -
Please.
We could not hope to kill this planet, short of blowing it completely out of space.
The planet will survive whatever we do, and it will carry on when we are long gone.
What makes you think that a warming cycle, whether natural or helped along by us, could kill the planet?
This planet has gone through many such cycles, and it is still here and friendly to life.
Sure it is getting warmer, so what?
Is the correct response to try and reverse it and go back to a pre-industrial lifestyle?
I think the approach is all wrong.
We should be planning for higher sea levels and moving things and people to higher ground.
It is already past the tipping point, and nothing we do will reverse it.
Too much inertia has already built up.
The only way might be to stop all industry right now and live in tents. Not likely.A21CAV Thanks this.
