Correct me if I'm wrong, but basically what you're saying is that you wound up in hot water after being caught on mic, mouthing off to a customer.

Did it occur to you that the "poor, skinny little girl" was, you know, doing her job as normal?

So why did you get fired? I don't understand what is going on in this scenario that you've described. There was a little girl changing the tires on your truck at a Menards? And someone hid a microphone while you were yelling at a big guy who was making the little girl change the tire on your truck?

Please start again from the beginning.

 

I've seen women out work and out drive alot men in the Army and out here on the road.

I don't see the big deal in her working on a tire. If she knows what she is doing, trained and qualified and can handle the work....then so what.

That wasn't a girl you saw. That was a woman doing what she has do to make a living. The girls are the little no good for nothing, non working lazy, they want everything handed too them, selfie posting, spoiled brats.

Sounds like the OP is a little sexist and jealous that she can do a job that he can't do himself.

.... aside from the OP's story. Ruan does suck. Crap benefits, crap pay, lots and lots of safety involvement, and they are one of those underbidding companies to get accounts.

 

Sums up a good majority of the bigger companies out there today

 

I thought about applying years ago, they had a HON dedicated account that came through here. After thinking about it, I decided against applying. From what I've read here, good thing I did.

 

Ruan advertises on Facebook. Just another garbage hauler company desperate for anyone to drive their trucks.
