    Hmmmm, close calls??? I got the Garmin 10 (I think) and had it about 15 months and not really any close calls,

    Maybe you're unlucky or not preacting to other drivers bad behavior {YES, PREACTING}

    I've uploaded stupid videos that I saved, that seemed neat to me, but really nothing that was too unsafe for me.

    You need to preact a lot more than you're doing now..

    I'm on Youtube at Tucker Tucker , watch them on a laptop. they suck on a phone

    Watch this guys videos and see if you're sort of driving like he does @scottied67 ,

    As for the split shield, mine is just mounted on the passenger side.

    I use the Garmin 10 also. Best night vid by far. They just came out with the 35 and it's loaded with more features. But I have not tried it yet. My 10 works perfect for what I need.

    Falconeye has a good 4 cam setup I just installed today 2 inner faced forwards and 2 outer one mounted on pass mirror and the other mounted drivers side under my rear fairing. All 4 200 bucks which is a great price plus american made in tx.
