Too bad OP didn't come on hear before he got involved with that outfit. Now it is too late to get help from anyone on here. If he is totally righteous get a lawyer fast.

Wondering why he moved from Ia. to In.?
Wonder if it has anything t do with all the people here burned there.
Then sets up a new company.. Did Dot shut him down? Then if so he can't open again legal.. Unless he got some other fool to put their name on as owner

 

He has been reported to the Feds for shutting down one company and reopening under a new name. He is even trying to clear his name on RipoffReports.com. I dealt with him before at NSE. He is nothing but a con artist and his day is coming.

 

You are correct! Used to be North and South Express, NSE for short. he just keeps doin it! Changes company name and dot # once he has screwed hundreds of drivers over and run the company in the dirt.

 

DOT didn't shut North and South down...he did it himself after cheating many drivers out of money. Found some fool and his money to help him start TCP and he is still doing the same to innocent drivers. Get the word out there everyone, you will be sorry if you work for this company.

 

Rod Larson of TCP logistics is a true scam artist!!!! I worked that clown for 2 months and ran off my own money the entire time there!!!!! Rod Larson will lie about anything to get what he wants done .... No matter what it might cost the driver!!!! I dislike everyday I was employed there big mistake and yes Rod Larson is a true SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!STAY AWARE from TCP Logistics!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Obviously Rod Larson still hasn't learned his lesson. Anytime he screws a driver over there's a least two or three drivers a month that post about it here. Drivers beware!

 

He probably won't learn and most likely he doesn't care about who he screws over to make profits. People like that have no guilt or empathy whatsoever toward their victims.
