Yep, I came all relaxed because I expected some constructive responses as to WHERE I can file a complaint such as the DOT or the FMCSA... Thanks a lot guys. A bunch of dumb truckers and I found out on my own. Thanks again! Buh-Byeeee

With all due respect sir/ma'am...you obviously are irritated at something a truck driver did that interfered with your business, which is understandable from your point of view. You have to realize that from a truckers point of view that the general public interferes with their business everyday in many situations.
This is the way of things and no one is really to blame for this juxtaposition. The best way for both sides to deal with this is patience and civility which seems to be found wanting in this country. If someone from the general public should want to rant about their annoyances dealing with truckers, this is DEFINITELY not the forum in which you will be well received. I suggest you try a different social site where you may find others who may agree with your thoughts.
Best of luck and God bless!

You're upset because we don't agree with what you are saying. I bet you get along real well in Brooklyn.

Actually there is no law that applies to your issue but there are laws which allow trucks to double park/live unload, park against the flow of traffic/live unload and a few other unload and deliver configurations in just about every major city in the USA.
It's how things work...the inconvenience was that and nothing more.

I'd like to sue countless shippers and receivers for wasting my time picking up or delivering ... where is my free payday?

Thank you so much for you civilized response!

I understand you guys operate a huge vehicle and it's impossible to find a parking spot right in front of the entity to which you are delivering, however, If I ask you to back up a few feet, you can A) just back up a few feet being that there was no more merchandise to be unloaded or B) tell me nicely that it would only be 5 more minutes.

Once you start acting like an #######, so will I.

    Thanks again!

If I was blocking someone and knew it, I would of moved. I had block a parking garage exit in downtown Chicago lol moved 5 times.

Just forgot about it u already called the company, there'd no legal thing to do which I'm assuming on private property? Plus daycab drivers are different type of drivers...
