I've always liked white faced red Herefords. They're docile and pleasant. The meanest cow I've ever encountered was a Guernsey, she was brownish red.
Holsteins, black or red, have always had decent dispositions.
My pops was a dairy-man.

 

This is why I love this industry, i truly believe it's the only industry left where you get paid for what you put in.... We had a student hit a 4.5m dollar race boat off a flatbed and he kept his job... Soooo

The ones making most of the decisions on shipping are under pressure to save a dollar, not shop around. Most everyone does it daily at some point.
