The 2 runs that o came up for last year were not 1.7 to 2 that's for sure. I know there are some jewels out there on the mythical ups, but when the rubber met the road and I got offered a few that were yes or no I thought it was silly. Maybe I was just too deep in the batting order.

Idk. I know the rate on the contract offered to me which i declined. And the 100 or so over flow loads i saw on the board during season. From what i noticed, a team could do very well. A solo, id just keep doing what I do. The little bit extra just isn't worth dealing with them to me.

I know some of the ones I saw were in the 1.70-2+ range, but the ones I was offered were in the 1.40-1.60 range...either way, I was perfectly happy not pulling them, but then, I rarely tarped this winter (3 times total I think and none in the actual cold), if I was tarping more, 1.70 may have been tempting

I'm trying to read as much of this fourm as I can I'm on page 80.

My question was..... how are rates now compared to 2012 with mercer.

I'm reading late 2012-early 2013 posts about rates. where are they are now compared to what I'm reading about beck then?

I knew someone who ran team UPS who got 1.76 all miles. He did good. The solos, don't have any first hand knowledge.

Keep reading. Every time you post a question that has been asked a hundred times, one more guy tunes you out. Basically it just comes off as 'my business isn't worth the effort of a few hours of reading'

So the guy has to do an hour or more reading and maybe getting his question answered. And someone who works at Mercer could answer his question in less than a minute. Makes no sense to me.

Really, when the same questions hAve been asked and answered many times.. Truth is. If you take the time to read this thread , it will give a greAT understanding of the system here, far more than can be answered in a few questions. What I find odd is someone thinking a little effort is to much to ask. Effort, the secret to success
