F2F Transport / Farm2Fleet: My story with no happy end...

Killer thread you guys thanks for the wisdom y'all are layin out there. I feel your pain. When I worked in the oil patch for several years I made killer money. Always on time, great boss, etc. when prices dropped and my deposits started fallin behind i kept tellin mama don't sweat babe we ALWAYS get our money. So I stayed longer n longer n got further n further behind. I am totally with the expressed concept that the longer the good times the longer you stay around when the poo hits the wind. I wish you guys luck in your next adventure, big time. I've learned a lot from y'all on here.

Yes - by observation, yet abstinence - he is certainly apparent.

The truth only hurts once.

I belong to a Facebook group that has several O/O as well as management from F2F. When things were good, there was an air of "you can't question his logic or methods - don't you know who he is?" (Meaning Bill).

When the hashtag #Late2Pay started making the rounds on this group approximately 1 year ago, there were many of the same bland, generic reassurances that the rough patch was over, yet several O/O continued updating that they had not, in fact, seen their money yet.

I never saw those O/Os addressed directly by F2F's members, although I can only assume they were eventually paid.

 

I was leased on to Farm2Fleet from September 2014 to August 2015. For the most part, I was happy until they started paying me late almost every week for 6 weeks in a row.

I got tired of Lauren's elaborate excuses like...Oops my bad...and...Oh I forgot.

Rollin Coal was personally mentoring me on how to book high dollar freight. Him and Marek were two of the best owner ops at F2F and it was just last year at this time we three were getting $5 per mile from desperate brokers.

These aren't loser owner ops who are mad because they failed and are looking to blame Bill and Lauren Hood; these are two of the best owner operators F2F had leased on, whose loyalty and hard work were compensated with excuses and lies.

I hope you get paid Marek, I know you've earned it.
