I can just speak from my experience. It was a rough few months. We are 100% caught up on pay, everything seems to be running pretty smoothly and the things that matter to me like self dispatch are not changing. It appears MaxTrans has fixed the broken parts and left the good stuff alone. I cannot speak to Chris or Marek's issues. I hope that gets cleared up.

And thank you for leaving it open too, at the request of @mp4694330 in his most recent thread - I also ask that this remains impersonal for the sake of letting the truth lay as it does.

    scottlav46 and 123456 Thank this.

No, I quit in an email at the drop of a hat pretty much. No phone call or anything. Not really a proud moment but you have to realise I lost count of the Fridays there would be no settlement and most times no-one ever said a word about it either. It was pretty tame compared to how some quit. Never heard a word from higher ups after I termed it either.

Almost 5 years at the company. Anyone over the 80% cut gets a cool reception. Not really welcome anymore especially with these new owners. At the other company where I worked 11 years before going to Farm2Fleet I'm still on good terms with everyone there. Gave them a 30 day notice and worked it too. That's how I'd always intended to do it but it just didn't turn out that way.

Yeah there was even a name change and made it an LLC. Probably to distance themselves from all the leasing violations.

Yes - but returning an overpaid amount to them due to their accounting inaccuracies is what I call pretty good terms.

For some people their word means nothing and even contracts aren't worth the paper they're printed on.
