Having Driver Send BOL to Office

Take a picture and text it. I use a scanner and email, this gives me access and a record of it anywhere.

Fire him, if he is that lazy. As previously stated, "if he can't scan IN the cab, what makes you think he is doing his pretrip properly?

 

You can scan and email with smartphone! There's no need for anything else!! You only need to download PDF, take photos of BOL, save to drive and share from there.

 

Ask him how he expects the money to flow to him if it will take more time for it to flow into the company. This is not a difficult task. If he is incapable of simply taking a high quality picture with the phone and even texting it through then what else is he incapable of? It's a wonder how some people even manage to put their pants on in the morning.
