Tribe has been an awesome company, they find me loads even when I'm running on recaps, I've never had to take a 34 unless I choose to if I only have 2 hrs they will find me something to pick up within those two hours, they do have a high turnover in dispatch and they don't have personal conveyance on the trucks and those are the only complaints I have, brand new equipment, keeps the trucks clean, no issues when it comes to maintence. And I don't have to fight for my pay. Love working for tribe.

 

Ms. Joy pays detention after 2 hrs, regardless, if they see the load your picking up is already late they reschedule.

 

Ms Joy is Native American, which qualified her for start up money for her company.

it's really been the best company I've ever worked for, I came out of the oilfields when they crashed and worked for a real #### company that 8 had to fight every week for every dime and sorry equipment. But Ms. Joy runs her company better than most, pay is average, ins benefits is decent for employee but add a spouse and it's ridiculous to the tune of 211.00 a week. I get home whenever I ask, and they don't let me sit.... as with any company you have good and bad dispatchers, I've had 3 or 4 in a yr. All have been pretty good.

 

Is she still using apu's on all the trucks?
