    How do you plan on getting good qualified drivers? Are you going to be able to offer any type of benefits?

    If your going to be getting mostly brokered loads theirs going to be a lot of sitting around waiting and pushing of the log books for the drivers, which sucks for them.

    Are you paying them on a 1099?

    What state are you out of?
