Whoaaaaaa!
Done any research here?
Pulling what? What area? Leased to who?
That's like rolling in the door and saying . . .
"Honey! I know we've only been dating for 3 months and 3 days, but I'm pregnant with triplets, should they all be airline pilots, or policemen?"
More details please.barnmonkey, Terry270, fordconvert and 4 others Thank this. -
I strongly suggest you do some more homework before you buy a truck. This is a business. As such you need a feasible realistic business plan with an actual definite source of income before you ever think about even looking at trucks.
You should know the answer to your questions before even considering a purchase.
I'm sorry if this offends you,. but this is the reality that trucking is. There is much more to it than just buying a truck.
Before you can start any kind of business you have to know where and how your money will be coming in. You need to know exactly what ALL of your expenses and costs for EVERYTHING will be and knowing you have the means to cover those expenses. Buying a truck and driving are the easy parts.

Get a setup like this. It's basicly a money printing machine. You must do it under your own authority though.Old school 362, Terry270 and blairandgretchen Thank this. -

Your question, in my opinion, is a rather simple one. You would be better leasing on with another company. Getting your own authority without a customer base would be suicidal. Brokers won't work with you until your authority is not fresh right out of the box. So you won't have anything to do for a bit but you will still have cost.
Arkansas Frost Thanks this.
