    Still PFJs?
Didn't know we were switching stops or prefered stops.

All I knew was we were switching cards.

Yes. I now have the May 2016 directory and was comparing to the September 2015 directory.

There are now more than a few entire states that have NO preferred stops

Freyiller pays about the same, but you gotta be OK with driver facing cameras; they record everything. Also the driver managers play favorites, way more miles for their buddies.

I talked with a Freymiller driver last winter in Dallas. She was starving to death there and was supposed to leave for Holland a few weeks later. So it does seem very shaky at Freymiller, depending on your connections.

What's up with the company wanting drivers to sign away their freedom of speech? I saw papers all over the place for there social media policy now. I know they monitor here, and Facebook, cause they told me they do. So they felt they needed to in act a strict social media policy to protect themselves and people who tell on other drivers. WTH?
Would that be a law suit if you get fired for something on social media? Just because they don't like what you post.

Is this blocking free speech? Or just the company wanting only the positive things posted about them, and a way to punish anyone who says something negative? What happen to being transparent so others know what's going on, and maybe make a decision if they want to work for the company?

OR maybe I'm just over reacting to wanting to keep my first ammendment right no matter where I work or live in the U.S.A.

I guess a lot of companies are doing that. For myself if I have a problem with my company about dispatches, miles or what ever I just bring it up with management. I used to complain about it here but let's just say I found it more constructive to bring problems up at the office where I can be taken care of. I think part of it too is companies don't want drivers bragging about where and what they are hauling for security reasons. I don't think it's infringement of any constitutional freedoms. That would have more to do with people being restricted from criticizing government and public officials. Its true there are some companies that monitor and probably participate in threads here, but I imagine that would be for the moderators and forum personnel to decide on how far it goes.

The 1st amendment only applies to the government. It doesn't apply to private entities.

    Anonymousproxy Thanks this.

If freedom of speech applied to all, how does Trump have anybody working or volunteering for him sign numerous legal contracts, mainly centered around non-disclosure and not being allowed to engage in any speech, written or verbal, that negatively impacts Trump, during or after any employment or volunteer services for/under Trump? Him and his thousands of goofy threats to sue anybody that threatens him, physically, financially, or emotionally SMH

I just barely broke 36k for the quarter. Given I only took 4 days at home at the beginning of the quarter, I'm not overly impressed with the miles but I'll take it. According to my fuel log for the quarter, I'm right at 7.4 in my 2015 manual, non-evolution.

Headed home tomorrow for about 4 days and will be glad to get out of summer if I can suffer through another quarter in the heat, full of fair weather trucking companies now running all 48.
