If it were me, I'd stay. Like I've said on other threads I even tried several times to lease on with my own truck, but I'm out of the boundry. If it wasn't a good program, there wouldn't be a list.

I do know it sucks ### going to work, when you don't like it, especially when you like to work !!!
I'm doing that now. The love for my dad over rules what I want to do. And the boss actually did get on the customer about F around for 10 or 15 minutes, when they need to get busy and get the truck unloaded. 5 or 6 stops a day, adds an extra 6 to 8 hours a week to my week, that I don't get paid for, just so they can jerk off.

How long have you been on the list?
They have pretty good equipment too for L/P, pretty fair price, I'd get a Freightliner, I'd never touch a used Cummins.

 

There's a waiting list? Lol I can apply to jb hunt now and get a phone call in 3 minutes.

I know companies don't like when drivers switch departments but 7 months is enough time to give a FD account

Phoenix has the most giant fleet of JB Intermodal you've ever seen. These trains roll in with hundreds & hundreds of JBH containers. I drive down the main rail line daily, have for 10 years, and JB has like 10 containers to everybody else's 1. Dunno how many tarctors, their intermodal tractor fleet isn't far from the DC I work out of. All ProStars.
