Frosty is a cool dude there , eh?

Man, we are never slow here. There's always work. I don't know what's going on in Reno but here we always busy.

If Union keeps taking more money out of my check ima have to opt out or go work with another company. It's getting ridiculous

Frosty and Dennis are both cool guys. Fedex seems good just more strict but I guess that comes with better pay. Denver was pretty slow before I transfered our to Reno. Reno is hit and miss. I'm still looking at other companies. I know a few guys have gone to Saia. They pay for health insurance after 10 years and hit top pay in 2 years.

I'll stay here another year. It's easy money and no stress. I don't want to jump to another company, make more $ but be miserable !

Can't just give up my seniority here and start again from the bottom !!

I know how you feel, we just had 3 guys leave so I'm finally moving up. I'll jump ship if the offer looks good enough otherwise I'm still not in a bad spot.

They won't be sending you out to Denver or Cali anymore. Keep climbing on the ladder and you'll always have work. To me it's not worth it making $20 plus but paying for Bennies and no OT.

Grass is not always greener, but it's good to have a plan B just in case...

Individual results will vary based on where you are. They micro manage the hell out of us where I live. Our driver turnover rate is roughly 100%. We hire someone, and they last between 2 days and 3 weeks. One guy lasted two years but quit not long ago.

We are always down at least two drivers. Rather than increasing wages or working on their reputation of micro managing their drivers, they just make up for it by making what is left of our skeleton crew to pick up the slack.

I kid you not, I had 35 stops today. 27 deliveries and 8 pickups. Somehow I did not miss anything. But I still pushed it out towards my 14 hours.

I am also about to throw in the towel. Just not worth it anymore.

What company you work for? A guy got fired at my terminal a few weeks ago and since he's been gone I'm doing my route and his. I'm taking a double almost everyday. I don't get that many stops or pick ups but it definitely made my days longer.

14 is too many hours. I'm done doing more than 12. Most hours I work is 11 these days and I'm ok with that
