900 million??
They have to be in the Poorest countries and probably use free, unsecured wifi anyways.
All modern hip people have an Apple product.

 

Guess I'm not hip, i refuse to use apple products.

On a side note, my family and i just did a large update to the android phones we have. 2 s7, 1 s7 edge, and my note 4. It cited security fixes as the main fixes

 

Before you had to tweak your phone to keep your unlimited data plan, now you can go to the Apple Store and get a uncommitted phone.

 

But if I upgrade at a subsidized price, they take my unlimited away. And as long as I stay with a Samsung, my tether mask app will work.

 

Go with a plan that gives you unlimited data. That's what i got course a lot of you guys complain about my service provider. Being that its sprint

 

SShhhhhh. don't tell the masses. They're still in teh dark ages and think no one has coverage. Except for ONE.

 

I have unlimited Verizon...at least until I cross 100gig line after Sept. 1 (or so I have heard). But my Note3 is unlocked, so I can get a sim from any provider. But with Sprint, it's more work to get the Hotspot masking app to function
