Water into wine is on the next stage of qualification. However you might have to take a few dozen steps across the D/C's pond.![]()
Should I abandon hope?

Haha, you joke, but I have run across a lot of drivers that can actually accomplish that

So I got the call from Arkansas, and a phone interview next week, I have no idea what to expect, I've been driving a long time yes, but I'm still just a mortal, I pray I have all the right answers and don't choke. If push comes to shove, I can always get fitted for a blue vest and I can say howdy to you guys when you come in for supplies =/

Be up front andTell them if they call for an interview. My cousin forgot a ticket and he told them when they called for interview. Although he was dq'd this go around due to tickets, he will be eligible in March. They will work with you if you are up front.

Most questions are Safety related. You'll get past it OK. Where a lot of people fail is the pre-trip and driving, we have had 4 of 7 fail this week. So, review proper pre-trip procedures, and forget bad driving habits (i.e. coasting to a stop, taking it out of gear while at stop light).

I was always taught (45 yrs ago) to take truck out of gear while stopped at a traffic light. The reason was if your foot slipped off the clutch the truck would not lurch forward and hit what every was in front of you or shoot you into an interection, WHen light turned green put it in gear and go!Last edited: Dec 29, 2016
