An email I received from the FMCSA today...

And is the email address the email came from a real government email? What i mean is does it end in dotgov instead of dotcom dotnet etc etc

You can also check with OOIDA. I'm pretty certain that email is a scam. Seems like I remember OOIDA putting out a warning on this last year.

 

They don't send you a email....you done been hacked. A state dot in charge of safety audits will contact you by phone and set up a appointment.

 

That is extremely disappointing that United States government official cannot spell words or construct sentences properly. This person should be fired and the 10 people who hired each other up the chain should all be fired.

 

The call OOIDA is the thing I would tell you. By the way, the IRS wants you for a felony and there is a Nigerian who has millions of dollars to transfer to your account.
