- Roehl is growing and they're trying to have more control. I had cameras recording me in off duty time. The red lights tell you the camera is transmitting it records 24/7 but it's only transmitting when the red light is on so you can tell when it transmits and trucks that were gutless gas hog because of the restraints on the trucks. I paid for my schooling out of pocket . I had to go with a trainer for two weeks to prove I could drive. They want money for that time it's fine but they shouldn't be allowed to leave you with nothing and they are terrible don't expect 3000 miles like they tell you and it's midwest regional at best plus you end up shutlling loads around every major city you go to. The flat bed division probably would've been betterl but van national was terrible. The cameras at other companies are ran by a third party Roehl runs their own you and mama in the sleeper berth having some personal time you got some perv on the other end listening in! You can believe whatever you want but this company is growing and growing in the wrong direction they suck!

We must have some office pucks posing as drivers. That's about the only ones that'd be so concerned about grammar over content!

Actually, I have to side with Roehl. Living in WI, I know quite a few of their drivers. Not a one has any complaints, and they've all been there 5+++ years. I think theirs more to this story that's being left out...

Exploitation. No communication. They leave you in the dark. They dismiss your concerns and problems. They block you from escalating your communication. They take no responsibility for they problems they cause and they wiggle their way out of being accountable.
They promised me 1,300 a week an… Show More
Advice to Management
Follow your corporate rhetoric.
Roehl's values are amicable, perhaps management would like to attend orientation to remind them of the Roehl Way. -
