mode, hub, csx, san Antonio brokeage, theres a few more I need to check my paperwork but I don't recommend getting your own authority unless you are going to operate more than 3 trucks atleast, rail loads sometimes come in late and that can easily leave you sitting for a whole day

if you have your own authority why do you want to sub haul for an other company with their own authority,,go direct with the rail roads,, check out UPs company called Streamline and cut out the pimp and haul direct,
Having your own authority means you can haul for hire and do not have to be leased to a carrier or haul for brokers,,

    WisconsinF150 and Maverick69 Thank this.

actually, the company would act as the broker, and you are simply getting the load from them as any Indy would do with a broker. That's how we do it, our O/O's have their own authority, the company acts as the broker and pays them 95% of the load, the only time they use any part of our authority is the SCAC code. Which, just because he has his own authority, doesn't mean he has an SCAC code to run the rails or ports.
