They're fine with that. They don't have to worry about crybabies complaining that he hurt their feelings & they also benefit from the search engines picking up this thread because of his work.

 

Am opinion shared by the majority of the active members of this thread.

And ya, we can put those folks talking trash about our carrier on ignore. The problem with that approach is if the bs and less aren't called out then those that come to ttr to research a company only see the trash talkers lies/inaccurate statements and not the accurate responses.

I was always under the impression that ttr was a place where educated accurate info was preferred over inaccurate half truths. Guess i was mistaken.

 

Banned for life seems heavy handed for much ado about nothing.

 

No ####. Now to be fair he is about as untactful as it gets. When a guy cries he can't get a load in Montana he would respond with something like'you're the freaking idiot that went to the lowest industry in the country. Flat bed freight has been thin in Montana since the house and buggy days" a 7 day or 30 day suspension (or whatever temporary ban the forum software allows) but permanent? That's just ridiculous.

He is definitely a straight shooter that doesn't sugar coat anything. But he's also a gold mine of knowledge.

I agree on the 7 day or 30 day suspension. A lifetime ban is ridiculous. But the powers that be have flexed their muscles & it is what it is.

 

The term, bull in a china closet, comes to mind when I think of Skate, at times he could have used a little finesse. "Some" of these life time bans are extreme, a lot of knowledge not being shared.
