Craigslist or ???? Job Searching

Indeed.com where I found my ltl job paying me very well.

 

I know some rag on Craigslist and probably mostly true but I found my company there that's been in biz since the 70s and couldnt be happier.

Indeed but you have to know what to look for also.

 

Had mixed luck on Craigslist. 2/3 turned out to be not so good, but the one I'm at now is good. If you see the same names over and over (talking about you US Express, Landair, Knight, etc...) then ya, I'd give them a pass. But most, especially local, seem to look for one or two drivers for a few weeks then you never see them again.

 

Yeah ... company I'm with has 0 turnover in the last 9 mos .

 

I found my current gig from an ad posted on monster.com. I never knew the company had their own private fleet, and they rarely advertise. Best job I have ever had. 4 day work week, home every night, making more than I ever did OTR. Excellent benefits, etc. I went back and forth deciding on whether to apply, but glad I did.
