I'm 112 or 111, haven't looked in a in a few months. I hit the bedrock, no one budging above me,, so I quit paying attention lol

You'll prolly move up 10 spots by spring. Lots of churn with the newest guys, esp when we get slow in Jan-Mar ,, guys can't get much OT and quit. Plus mgmt seems to nit-pick more when we're slow, so,, cover thy arse!

You get back what you worked 8 days ago every midnight. So if you worked zero hours 8 days ago, you pick up zero hours at midnight.
Conversely if you worked 11 hours 8 days ago, you pick up 11 hours at midnight.

34 hour consecutive break resets that 8 day clock to all zeros and gives you a bank of 70 hours up front.

If you are on electronic logs, just look at it and it will tell you how many hours you have.

If you are on Paper logs, you were off long enough for you 34 hours after all.

Could a driver start late in the day and use the available hours so they end at midnight, then keep driving on the recap hours? What I'm wondering is what stops a driver from running 16 or more hours straight.

I know it's a stupid question, not trying to troll, just trying to understand how recap could be used to get things done.

    Yes.
You still have to abide by the 11/14/70.

I'd like to ask an 8 day recap question. Today is Saturday. Last weekend I got a 34 hour reset. I finally drove again Monday morning. Then every day all week including today. When can I expect to have those hours from last Monday? Is it 12:01am Monday or 12:01 am Tuesday morning. Thx
