Question when I'm driving my 2nd air tank drops to 110 then fills back up to 125 and purges. Does this every 30second's? Any idea?

Could be the purge valve on the dryer, or the unloader valve on the compressor.

Pure valve is on the bottom of the dryer, it's where the air comes out when it goes psshh. The unloader valve is in the head (top) of the compressor.

I've got a 2013 with the def, seems to have the bugs worked out. BTW i traded in a 2006 so i know what you mean about being worried by it all. So far it is working well.
