When I'm done trucking I'll probably go back into business for myself. I don't like to brag but my small business made almost a billion dollars more than Trump did in 1995.

 

Lately I am SO wanting to leave this industry! Over regulation, lying dispatchers always switching things on you. What's worse is my dispatcher is also a driver so guess who gets the cushy assignments, Fridays off and manipulates things so that he gets all of the accolades. I've about decided to get back into customer service or even friggen retail!

I could go for retail. Had a boxed furniture delivery to a store at 6am. Young blonde asked if I could help her unload since receiving wasn't in for an hour. I not only helped her unload it I followed her into the showroom floor with it. You only have to ask once if you're wearing yoga pants.

I hope you're not the crete truck waiting to get into the new Amazon warehouse in south Dallas. I drove by there three times today and I swear the line was at least half a mile long on the service road all day long!

 

It's always like that! What's up with that non sense? Every time I drive by that place I'm reminded precisely why I don't drive OTR anymore.
