And his word that is wrong should not be the last word a newbie reads. Or we will have a thousand street lamps laying on side walks all across the country from incorrect right turns.Lepton1 Thanks this.

Think I didn't get out of the truck for 4 days one time. And I was solo.
All my peepee bottles got full. I needed to dump them out and do my dishes in the shower. Mr. Stinky. -
As I Stated earlier, if you insist it is log falsification to be off duty in the SLeeper, and vie versa, any Restart, done in a truck is illegal, as you are logging SB and cannot therefore get 34 or more consecutive hours off duty.
Surely you see the folly in that line of reasoning? -
SB is off duty. Off duty is not sleeper birth. Don't find problems where they are not.
-
Have that in a reg?
LMAO -
This guy failed his inspection for logging Off Duty while in his Sleeper. This goes on his CSA score.

Are you serious? Your example is pure rubbish and does not apply to this discussion. First of all if you are required by your company to go on duty it will be line 4 not line 3. I have had this to happen to me. I got my crash kit out took lots of photos. I called my company and told them about the accident. My load got repowered that next morning and I drove the tractor to a dealer and got the fender repaired. I stayed on line 2 till the next morning then line 4 to do the repower then back on line 1 (I think if i remember right) then line 4 for pretrip then line 3 till i got to the dealership. This has been said in this thread I know at least 4 times. If you are not operating a CMV and are on private property your duty status is irrelevant to the FMCSA and the STATE DOT.
