What is Justice?

No doubt he will have to be put into permanent isolation unit at any prison or he won't survive 3 days in any sort of general prison population. But why would such a person even want to live with that on his conscious?

Public execution? I don't know. Seems a bit uncivilized and will draw so much outside attention from attorneys looking for face time, he will likely be made to be a victim of this, that or the other and not allowed to face any death penalty.

I say just forget to note the incarceration requirements, put him in with the general population while awaiting trial and let nature run it's course. Wether he was under the influence of drugs or not is irrelevant in my mind. He is defective and needs to be terminated, regardless.

 

They need to string him up in town square and let the public use him as a piñata. Nothing is too uncivilized for this monster.

I'd be lying if I said I don't believe in an eye for an eye. However, I don't think we should be using the death penalty unless there is solid proof of guilt (like in this case).

 

So a bloody baby in the basement with the boyfriend and sexually assaulting her isn't proof enough?
