that's cool, sprint just wanted us to go to the stores. sadly the larger places are inundated with lines. I had to wait an hour before I finally got to talk to someone, then it was another hour just to get my phone updated over

 

Wow... I know ATT and Verizon you can go online and set up an appointment time for yourself... then just show up at your set time. I have done that several times at ATT (wife's phone) then walk in. Everybody glares at you when they help you in front of them...

 

could do an appointment with sprint as well, but I couldn't set one since I had to wait for my wife to get off work to use her car

 

And now there's a report of a Samsung J5 model catching fire.

 

Let’s also add that the phone was purchased from an online store, offering discounts. It is unclear if the device was sourced from an authorized Samsung retailer because it wasn’t bought directly from Samsung.

Still have my note 7, I tired to exchange it but they didn't have the s7 edge in stock. Told me backorder till Nov. 15 . Well a few days ago I got that update that limits my battery to 60℅ and pop-up about returning it. When I get back home I'll try again.
