Got a written warning, what now?

    Any inspection, pencil whipped or not has to be signed by the driver and a copy provided to him. On that copy it clearly states the form has to be sent to the company.

    So if there is a question about does one need to notify ones company, my assumption,, and again maybe it's just me, but simply asking the question tells me there is no inspection involved.or he would have had his answer on his copy.

    Correct me if I am wrong. If you get a warning you must fax a copy of it in. If in the process you did not log your potty breaks you also get a false log ticket, you get 5,000 CSA points and if you have kids DFACS gets em. Have I about covered it?

    OK I will correct you, the driver never gets CSA points for falsifying their logs. Their carrier however would get CSA points even if it were a warning.
