my bud just went had a factory job paying like $11/hr they instantly approved him for welding school

Still unemployed, living off what the wife makes and supplementing it with savings to make ends meet. Tell me how someone who is employed is approved and someone who is not, and has exhausted their unemployment benefits is less deserving? I thought maybe I should get a job at Arby's, no dice, I am over qualified for the job. I may end up going to a CDL mill, but it pisses me off that I have not used any type of assistance in my working years, always paid in, yet can't seem to get anything out of it. Maybe I should ask for a refund?
lagging Thanks this. -
Contacted your local cc yet because I found mine to be a decent price $185 plus a few other fees about $5-600 plus not hassle with reporting my salary and jumping through hoops to get approved

Our local cc's do not offer it, they all refer you to WOIA. I contacted a few of the local schools and am trying to get them to accept the WOIA price, not sure if it will work or not, but it does not hurt to try. We are trying to budget for zero income and keep the house payment made.
