We as new to Mercer were advised by several of you to learn the system.
We have learned the first empty the first up is only for the foolish to believe.

 

Sounds nice out of the recruiters mouth though, right?

Mercer is really no different than Landstar, you gotta make connections with the agents. They are your meal ticket.

 

I find this to be extremely demoralizing. I don't like to be treated in a way that makes me feel like a fool. We have picked up some very well paying Mercer loads that never hit Mercer load boards as being a match, but found them on Truckersedge.

 

Did you subscribe to it yourself?

 

Do you know why you didn't match to them?

Maybe ask the agent & your coordinator & if that doesn't help go to Louisville & find out why you didn't match to them.

Most likely, got their preferences set to tight and relying to much on a coordinator. It's been attested many times the coordinators can only see loads you match to. If they can't see them they won't call ya about them.

Some folks see conspiracy when there is none.

 

You do know that you can put yourselv on loads right?

 

I am not suggesting anything like a conspiracy. I am only saying we have learned the system.
