    Bobtails are personal transport.

Hit the store if it is like in view or something, otherwise park and walk to it.

Double check carefully and get in writing from your DM or dispatch that is ok to use bobtail as personal conveyance provided that the company is also willing to accept responsibility for loss, damage etc for the trailer and or load if parked lawfully and secured.

This dates back to the old days, not so sure now taht you have a Elog inside your tractor. The Government is smart in some ways and are really obtusely stupid in things like this.

It depends on the company. If they don't have line 5, then you can't do personal conveyance. If you have hours and driving to Walmart and back will not ruin your clock then you could.

If I worked for a company that don't have line 5, I usually take my 30 min break at Walmart and get what I need

Unless you have a line 5 option on your QC (or peoplenet or whatever) then driving to the store WILL put you on the drive line and you WILL have to restart your 10 hr break.
