This is a carrier creating their own score, not one accumulated by the FMCSA.

 

No one knows but the FMCSA, and they are not sharing.

 

So i think I figured it out. Drivers accrue no points, no score. So when they say your bured out headlight violation is weighted times 3, what they are saying is you have 3 burned out headlights for a year, then next year you have 2 burned out headlights then the third year you finally have your one buned out headlight.

 

No, that means you headlight is three times it's normal weight....better make sure you axle weight is legal
